If you’re a user living in regions under the jurisdiction of GDPR/UK GDPR/EEA ePrivacy or CPRA/CCPA, you can manage your cookie settings at any time here: [Manage Cookie Preferences] (opens the consent banner).
This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the websites operated by, or otherwise provided to you by, Moonshot Marketing Ltd. (respectively, the “Site/s”, “we”, “us”). By accessing and using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy and our Privacy Policy.
We may modify this Policy periodically. Please review this page for updates. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site or adjust your preferences via your browser and/or the [Manage Cookie Preferences] control.
This Policy is an integral part of our Privacy Policy; terms defined there have the same meaning here.

Cookie Highlights for Canadian Players (plain-language summary)
1) What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or device that help the Site recognize your browser (not you personally) and remember information. We also use pixels/web beacons, SDKs, local storage, and device identifiers (collectively, “cookies” for simplicity).
Common purposes include:
Enabling core Site functionality and security
Performing analytics and audience measurement
Remembering preferences (e.g., language)
Delivering and measuring ads, and tailoring content (“interest-based advertising”)
Lifespans. Cookies can be session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (stay until their set expiry or you delete them). First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by other domains (e.g., analytics/ad partners).
Pixels. Pixels help measure actions on our Sites (e.g., page views, conversions) and are often used with cookies for analytics, attribution, and retargeting as explained in Section 5.
2) What cookies we use and why
When you visit or interact with the Sites, we (and third parties) may place cookies. Some are essential; others require your consent in certain jurisdictions (e.g., EEA/UK).
A. Essential (Strictly Necessary) – First-party
Required to operate the Sites and provide requested services/features (e.g., page navigation, session management, fraud/security). These cannot be switched off in our systems but you can block them in your browser (the Site may then not function properly).
B. Preferences (Functionality) – First-party
Remember choices such as language, region, UI settings.
C. Analytics & Measurement – First-/Third-party
Help us understand how the Sites are used, improve performance, and test features (A/B testing). Examples include page views, scroll depth, referral sources. Where required, these load only with your consent.
D. Advertising / Retargeting (Interest-Based Advertising) – Third-party
Used by advertising networks and social platforms to: (i) deliver ads; (ii) measure effectiveness; and (iii) tailor ads to your interests based on browsing activity on our Sites and other sites/apps. In regions that require consent, these only load after you opt in.
You can view and adjust non-essential categories any time via [Manage Cookie Preferences].
3) How third parties use cookies on our Sites
Third-party providers (analytics, ad tech, social, measurement, anti-fraud, reliability/monitoring, messaging) may set/read cookies and receive limited information from your browser. They use this to provide their services to us (e.g., aggregated analytics, ad delivery) and to improve their products. Their processing is governed by their own privacy/cookie policies.
4) Your choices: consent, opt-out, browser and device controls
Consent Manager. Use [Manage Cookie Preferences] to (re)open the banner and change your consent for non-essential cookies (e.g., Analytics, Advertising).
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block/delete cookies. See your browser’s help pages. Blocking certain cookies may impact functionality.
Device/OS settings (mobile). iOS and Android offer advertising ID reset/limit settings.
Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Where legally required (e.g., California CPRA), we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of sale/share (see Section 5).
We do not respond to legacy DNT signals in all regions (DNT is not a uniform standard), but you can use the consent banner and ad industry tools below.
Industry opt-out tools.
US: Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) – aboutads.info/choices
Canada: Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC) – youradchoices.ca/choices
EU/UK: EDAA – youronlinechoices.eu
Note: These opt-outs are browser/device-specific and rely on cookies; clearing cookies may remove the opt-out.
5) Interest-Based Advertising (IBA) and “sale/share” signals
We and third parties engage in IBA to deliver more relevant ads and measure performance. Depending on your jurisdiction:
GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK): Non-essential cookies (Analytics/Advertising) require prior consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via [Manage Cookie Preferences].
CPRA/CCPA (California): Some ad tech activities may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California users may opt out via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and through GPC signals, which we honor.
Other regions: We apply regional best practices and local legal requirements.
6) Retention, changes, and contact
Retention. Cookie lifespans vary by purpose; see your browser’s cookie/storage view for details. Analytics/Ad cookies generally persist from several days to a few months (sometimes longer), unless you delete them or withdraw consent.
Changes. We will update this Policy as technologies, partners, or laws change. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest revision.

7) Canadian Addendum (PIPEDA + CASL)
This section applies to visitors in Canada and supplements the Policy.
Legal basis & consent. Under PIPEDA, we rely on your consent for collecting, using, or disclosing personal information via cookies and similar technologies. For non-essential cookies (e.g., Analytics/Advertising), we provide clear notice and choice via [Manage Cookie Preferences]. Under CASL, cookies necessary to provide the service you request generally do not require express consent; however, for non-essential cookies used for advertising/analytics, we provide enhanced notice and easy opt-out.
Age & iGaming context. Where our Sites relate to online casino content or services, we may use geolocation/age-gate technologies to help ensure access is limited to individuals of legal gambling age in their province/territory (generally 19+, or 18+ in Alberta and Quebec).
IBA opt-outs in Canada. In addition to the consent manager, Canadian users can visit youradchoices.ca/choices to set ad preferences across participating companies. These settings are browser-specific.
Questions/requests (Canada). Contact privacy@moonshot-marketing.com and indicate you are a Canadian resident.
