1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, and services operated by Interactive AF LTD (“Interactive AF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Scope of Services
Interactive AF provides digital services that may include:
Gaming and entertainment features where permitted by law;
Informational and educational content about gaming;
Reviews, rankings, and promotional offers from third-party partners;
Customer support and technical functionality.
Some Services are informational only. Other Services may enable account creation, deposits, wagers, or participation in promotions where lawful in your province or territory.
3) Eligibility and Legal Restrictions
Legal Age. You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory (generally 19+ in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island; and 18+ in Alberta and Quebec).
Jurisdictional Limits. Some provinces operate gambling exclusively through government agencies (e.g., PlayNow in BC, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan; EspaceJeux in Quebec; ALC in Atlantic provinces). In such provinces, Interactive AF may act only as an information and marketing provider.
Prohibited Use. You may not use the Services if you are underage, outside Canada, or in a province/territory that prohibits access to third-party gambling services.
4) Accounts and Verification
Where account features are available, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. We may require identity and age verification (KYC) and decline, suspend, or close accounts if information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unlawful.
5) Responsible Gambling
Interactive AF promotes responsible play. We provide or link to resources such as:

6) Third-Party Offers and Content
Our Services may feature or link to third-party offers, advertisements, or gambling platforms. We do not control third-party sites, content, or policies. Your interactions with third-party partners are solely between you and that partner.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate applicable laws or provincial regulations;
Access gambling content if underage or in a restricted jurisdiction;
Circumvent geolocation, age, or identity verification systems;
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Services.
8) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, designs, and data provided through the Services are the property of Interactive AF LTD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

10) Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including to comply with regulatory requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Interactive AF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content or offers displayed on our Sites.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Interactive AF and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by provincial consumer protection law.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interactive AF, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or where required by law or regulation.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
